From humble beginnings in 1980 as a single family-owned brokerage in Ladner, BC, Westland has grown to become the largest independent, Canadian-owned brokerage in the country. Since then, we’re proud to have grown to a team of over 2,500 employees and over 250 locations coast-to-coast.
As Westland has expanded across the country, we have always maintained our focus on our people, our clients and our communities.
While Westland has a strong national brand, it also has a strong Anglophone connotation. Quebec has a unique culture in Canada and by having a dedicated brand for the region, we can better address the specific preferences of our Quebec clients.
